Trauma

Healing from trauma can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face it alone. I approach trauma work with compassion, warmth, and honesty, creating a space where you can feel safe enough to explore what you have been carrying. Together, we move at a pace that respects your nervous system and your readiness. Trauma can shape how you see yourself, others, and the world, and therapy can help you gently untangle those patterns so they no longer control your life.
In our work together, we focus not only on what happened to you, but also on how those experiences continue to impact your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of safety today. I help clients build practical tools to manage overwhelming emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and regain a sense of control. You don’t have to relive every detail of your past to heal, but you deserve the space to process it in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
My goal is to help you move from surviving to living. As you process trauma in a supportive environment, many clients begin to experience greater self-compassion, stronger boundaries, and a renewed sense of hope. Healing does not mean forgetting what happened—it means reclaiming your life so your past no longer defines your future.
