Veterans & Active Military

Veterans and active military members often carry experiences that are difficult to put into words. The demands of service, deployments, combat exposure, and the transition between military and civilian life can create unique mental health challenges. Many service members struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, or difficulties reconnecting with loved ones after time away. In therapy, I provide a respectful and supportive space where you can talk openly about your experiences without judgment.
My approach recognizes the strength, resilience, and discipline that military service requires while also acknowledging the real impact that those experiences can have on your mental and emotional well-being. Together, we work to process difficult memories, manage stress responses, and build practical tools for navigating everyday life. Therapy can also help address challenges with sleep, hypervigilance, anger, or feeling disconnected from others.
Whether you are currently serving or transitioning into civilian life, you deserve support that honors your experiences and your values. My goal is to help you regain a sense of balance, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with the parts of life that bring meaning and purpose. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
