Beth Siller, LMFT
Beth is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with couples and families navigating addiction, recovery, and the relational ruptures that come with them. Her path to this work includes early experience as a school counselor, followed by private practice and time within PHP/IOP levels of care for eating disorders and behavioral health, giving her a grounded understanding of how compulsive and addictive patterns take hold across the lifespan and how families can heal around them.
Beth specializes in treating couples facing substance use, sex and pornography addiction, love and fantasy addiction, and gambling addiction, with particular attention to the trust ruptures, shame cycles, and communication breakdowns these issues create. She works with infidelity and betrayal trauma as its own kind of wound, one that requires care, patience, and a clear path back to safety, whether or not the relationship stays intact.
Beth is kink-affirming and works with couples and individuals across the full spectrum of relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. She brings deep experience with alternative lifestyles, LGBTQ+ identities, and neurodivergence. She holds space for relationships and families of all kinds, meeting each one on its own terms rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
Her approach is integrative, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Imago Relationship Therapy, Structural and Bowen Family Systems, Satir, Gestalt, Motivational interviewing, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, expressive arts and drama therapy.
This range allows her to move fluidly between processing acute crisis, repairing attachment injuries, and helping couples and families build sustainable, long-term alignment and recovery together. Beth believes recovery isn’t just an individual process. It’s a relational one, and healing happens best when the whole system is supported.
